What does the fees include?

Fees includes Registration, Uniforms, Fundraiser, Team Dues and 10 East Legue Meets.

How Old Does My Athlete Have To Be?

Athletes can start as early as 5 years old and up to 17 years old. If your athlete is 5 they should be able to concentrate and follow instruction in a group setting.

How Much Does It Cost To Participate?

The registration fee for a new runner is $250. This covers uniforms, registration, Team dues, practices and all 10 East conference meets. We are able to keep the fees reasonable with fundraising efforts.

Are There Any Other Fees That Are Not Included In the Registration Fee?

$16 AAU membership Fee and, Invitational Meets are usually $10

Do I Have To Participate In Fundraisers?

YES the 10 East Track Program has 2 Mandatory fundraisers not included in the registration. 1.TBA . 2 TBA.

Uniforms

Uniforms are required and consists of a Jersey top and shorts. Uniforms are included in registration fee

How Long Does The Season Last?

The season goes from February to May.

When Are Practices?

Each team practices in there local city on Monday/ Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday and some teams might practice on Monday/Thursday due to Coaches availability.

What Are Practice Times?

All teams usually practice from 5 pm to 6 pm based on daylight saving time.

When Are The Meets?

The meets are on Saturdays at various locations.

How Long Are The Practices?

Practice are 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Some my stay after practice to get extra work in.

How Should My Child Dress For Practice?

No matter the weather, dress warmly but in layers. Athletes should wear comfortable, flexible clothing – no jeans or khakis. Running shoes are required, no basketball shoes or other flat bottom sneakers. They should bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
