Our Track and Field program consists of teams in Redlands, Grand Terrace, Riverside, Rialto/Fontana, El Segundo, Victorville, Hesperia, Los Angeles, Downey, Lakewood, Apple Valley, Beaumont/Banning, Moreno Valley Corona/Norco and Santa Monica. These teams will compete against each other in league competitions for individual and team titles. From our conference championships, top 4 runners in each division will be selected to the 10 East All-Star Team, this team will compete against top teams in the regional and national competition. Each team will practice two days a week and compete on weekends.

• Strength and conditioning camp:  Jan 4th (optional)
  • Strength and conditioning camp is a program that help runners get into shape before the actual season starts. practices are every Tuesday- Thursday at 5pm and Saturdays at 9am @ Richard Rollins Park: 22745 De Berry st Grand Terrace, CA 92313 *please keep in mind this program is OPITIONAL, and there is no additional.

• 2025 Track and Field Season starts: February 10th/11th
